How to Make Swiss Cheese Spread
- Mix Swiss cheese, eggs, onion and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Chill, covered, in refrigerator for at least 10 hours. Mound onto a serving plate. Top with the parsley. Serve with assorted crackers. Serves 10
