Ingredients For swiss cheese spread

  • 3/4 lb. swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 large onion slice, minced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • chopped parsley

How To Make swiss cheese spread

  • 1
    Mix Swiss cheese, eggs, onion and mayonnaise in a bowl. Chill, covered, in refrigerator for at least 10 hours. Mound onto a serving plate. Top with the parsley. Serve with assorted crackers. Serves 10
