I found this recipe long ago (can't remember where). It's always a hit at parties. Enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 10 slice
    bacon
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 4
    green onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 c
    almonds (chopped)
  • ·
    crushed almonds (for topping)

How to Make Swiss Cheese Bacon Almond Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Fry the bacon. Let drain and crumble.
  2. Mix all ingredients. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for about 15 minute until golden and bubbly.
  3. Top with crushed almonds. Serve warm.
