Stuffed Jalapenos

Jeanne Benavidez

This is a recipe I got from a friend of mine many years ago. This was many years before the current grilled, bacon-wrapped, cream cheese filled jalapeno pepper recipe was popular. I like this recipe just as well and it is quicker and easier.

These are great served on a nice party buffet, game-day gathering, office luncheon or any other gathering.

  4. Fill each half with the cream cheese mixture and place on desired serving platter.
  5. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour so the flavors can blend.
