Ingredients

  • 12 medium fresh jalapenos
  • 1 pound jimmy dean sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese

How To Make stuffed jalapenos

  • Step 1
    Fry sausage and drain well by squeezing in paper towels.
  • Step 2
    Crumble sausage and mix well with the cream cheese and parmesan cheese.
  • Step 3
    *Half the jalapenos lengthwise, remove seeds and stuff each with prepared filling
  • Step 4
    Line a cookie sheet with foil (for easy clean up)
  • Step 5
    Bake 350* for 20 minutes
  • Step 6
    VERY IMPORTANT TIP: Use rubber gloves when handling peppers. Skin will burn if you don't. *TIPS: For MEDIUM to HOT flavor, keep white membrane on peppers... for MILD remove white membrane.
