My hubby loves melted cheese, and I was trying to come up with new ways of giving him "his fix", and this is one we both love very much.

  • 1 c
    grated cheese. i prefer a mix of cheddar, jarlsberg and parmasan, but you pick your favorites.
  • 1/2 c
    chopped ham
  • 5 Tbsp
    sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 5 Tbsp
    spring onions, chopped
  • 1
    loaf of bread
  • ·
    italian seasoning to taste

How to Make Stuffed Bread


  1. Cut the top of the loaf, and dig out as much as possible of the loaf without breaking the crust. Save 1/3 of the bread, the rest you can save for other cooking projects, or give it to the birds ;o)
  2. Crumble the bread in a bowl, and mix it together with the cheese, ham, tomatoes, spring onions and seasoning.
  3. Stuff the mix back into the loaf.
  4. Bake the loaf at 350 F / 180 C, for about 20 minutes. Enjoy :o)
