Ingredients
- 25 medium jalapeno peppers
- 1 package 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese (12 oz), sharp or mild
- 1 1/2 teaspoons worchestershire sauce
- 4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
How To Make stuffed & baked jalapenos, my way!

Step 1Wearing gloves, cut peppers in half and remove seeds & membranes. Cook peppers in boiling water for 10 minutes and then drain very well.

Step 2Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese & worchestershire sauce - mix well. Place 1 heaping teaspoon cheese mixture in each pepper half. Sprinkle tops with crumbled bacon.

Step 3Place filled jalapenos on a foil-lined backing sheet sprayed lightly with vegetable spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
