genoa salami, sliced
1/2 lb
provolone, sliced
1/2 lb
pepperoni, sliced (i did not use this time)
2 Tbsp
parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp
italian seasoning
1 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 c
olive oil

How to Make STROMBOLI

Step-by-Step

  • 1SPRINKLE FLOUR ON FLAT WORK SURFACE. STRETCH OUT PIZZA DOUGH TO FORM A RECTANGLE FLIP TO GET FLOUR ON OTHER SIDE N SLICE INTO 4 PIECES.
  • 2NOW CUT DOUGH INTO 16 PIECES N LAY ONE SLIGHTLY FITTED PIECE OF SALAMI N PROVOLONE N ROLL UP ON THE DIAGONAL.(U CAN ADD A SLICE OF PEPPERONI TOO)
  • 3COMBINE ITALIAN SEASONING, GARLIC POWDER, PARM CHEESE N RED PEPPER FLAKES IN SMALL BOWL. BRUSH EACH ROLLED UP STOMBOLI WITH A LITTLE OLIVE OIL N SPRINKLE WITH SEASONING MIXTURE...PRESSING LIGHTLY.
  • 4BAKE IN PREHEATED 400 DEGREE OVEN FOR 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL SLIGHTLY BROWNED....ENJOY :)
