- 1 package pizza dough (store bought or homemade)
- 1/8 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 pound genoa salami, sliced
- 1/2 pound provolone, sliced
- 1/2 pound pepperoni, sliced (i did not use this time)
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
How To Make stromboli

Step 1SPRINKLE FLOUR ON FLAT WORK SURFACE. STRETCH OUT PIZZA DOUGH TO FORM A RECTANGLE FLIP TO GET FLOUR ON OTHER SIDE N SLICE INTO 4 PIECES.

Step 2NOW CUT DOUGH INTO 16 PIECES N LAY ONE SLIGHTLY FITTED PIECE OF SALAMI N PROVOLONE N ROLL UP ON THE DIAGONAL.(U CAN ADD A SLICE OF PEPPERONI TOO)

Step 3COMBINE ITALIAN SEASONING, GARLIC POWDER, PARM CHEESE N RED PEPPER FLAKES IN SMALL BOWL. BRUSH EACH ROLLED UP STOMBOLI WITH A LITTLE OLIVE OIL N SPRINKLE WITH SEASONING MIXTURE...PRESSING LIGHTLY.

Step 4BAKE IN PREHEATED 400 DEGREE OVEN FOR 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL SLIGHTLY BROWNED....ENJOY :)
