- head celery
- 6 oz
- cream cheese
- 2 oz
- stilton cheese
- 1/4 c
- walnuts, chopped
How to Make Stilton-Stuffed Celery
- 1Trim off the leaves and ends of the celery. Cut into 3-inch pieces. Place in a bowl of ice water. Drain before stuffing.
- 2Place the cream cheese in a food processor. Run until lightly whipped. Add the Stilton and pulse until blended. Add the walnuts and pulse briefly.
- 3Fill the celery sticks with the mixture. Serve chilled.
