I love sausage cheese balls! I Love this recipe because it has just enough spice and keeps you coming back for more. I always get compliments when i make them.

1 pound of hot sausage

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients up by hand in a mixing bowl. Then make bite size balls place them on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
