Ingredients
- 1 bag fresh cranberries, 16 oz.
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 5 hot lemon peppers or 1 jalapeno seeded
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped and roasted
- 1 package cream cheese, 8 oz. softened
How To Make spicy cranberry cream cheese dip

Step 1Rinse and drain the cranberries. Combine the cranberries, water, salt, sugar and peppers in small pan and heat till boiling. Lower the heat to med/low and put lid on pan, cook about 5 minutes, letting the cranberries pop open. Remove from heat and cool.

Step 2Once cooled, mash well and place cooked cranberries in the refrigerator. Place a block of cream cheese in a serving dish and flatten slightly. Pour a generous amount of cranberry mixture over the cream cheese. Sprinkle toasted walnuts and green onions on top and serve with your favorite crackers! Enjoy...
