  • ·
    1 tbsp. butter
  • ·
    2 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • ·
1 jar raspberry preserves 12 oz

How to Make Spicy Brie Tarts

Step-by-Step

  1. Sauté jalapeno chiles in butter in small pan until tender. Add cider vinegar and preserves and mix well. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring to prevent scorching. Roll bread very flat and cut into rounds with a fluted 3 inch cutter. Press rounds into greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes or until toasted. Cool completely. Reduce oven temperature to 300. Fill bread cups with Brie cheese and top each with 1/2 teaspoon or more of the preserves mixture. Bake at 300 for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Garnish with chopped chives.
