Ingredients
- - 2 jalapeno chiles, seeded and minced
- - 1 tbsp. butter
- - 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- - 1 jar raspberry preserves 12 oz
- - 20 slices white bread
- - 1 wheel brie cheese, 10 oz., chopped
- - chopped fresh chives for garnish
How To Make spicy brie tarts

Step 1Sauté jalapeno chiles in butter in small pan until tender. Add cider vinegar and preserves and mix well. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring to prevent scorching. Roll bread very flat and cut into rounds with a fluted 3 inch cutter. Press rounds into greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes or until toasted. Cool completely. Reduce oven temperature to 300. Fill bread cups with Brie cheese and top each with 1/2 teaspoon or more of the preserves mixture. Bake at 300 for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Garnish with chopped chives. Serves 20
