smokey orange pinwheels
This was made for our first challenge for "The Power of Orange" group. An appetizer with some type of orange. So, they are not your typical pinwheels but they are full of flavor. These have a cool orange taste with the afterwards smokey flavor of the chipotle. Also, a great chewy texture of the coconut, pineapple and pecans.
