Shrimp Cheese Ball

Ingredients

1 pkg(8 oz.) cream cheese or neufatchel cheese, softened

2 cfrozen shrimp, thawed, patted dary & chopped
-
¼ ccelery, finely chopped
-
¼ cslivered almonds
-
2 tsplemon juice
-
¼ tspgarlic powder
-
¼ tsponion salt
How to Make Shrimp Cheese Ball
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Shape into ball and refrigerate for 2 hours.
(I use and medium size plastic container that I have lined with plastic wrap. Press the cheese mixture in the bowl, fold over the excess plastic wrap, and put the lid on.) - Serve with crackers of your choice.
- You can also serve this with cocktail sauce on the side.
