This recipe makes a delicious appetizer or snack. Its not hard to make and well worth the effort. Ths basic recipe is similar to a cream puff shell but with the addition of cheese and onion it is a savory appetizer. The outside is crispy and the inside is creamy cheesy and oniony. Yum... My Mom made these for the party she had for one of the very first Super Bowls. We would get together with 2 or 3 other families and all watch TV together with food and friends. Great memories!
