Ingredients
- 24 - medium mushroom caps
- 1 pound hot pork breakfast sausage
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup grated monterrey jack cheese
How To Make sausage stuffed mushrooms

Step 1Remove stems from mushrooms. Brown sausage in frying pan until done and then drain. Stir cream cheese and monterrey jack cheese into sausage. Fill mushroom caps with mixture and place caps on a greased baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20 mins or so.
