I've been making these around Christmas for years and everyone loves them, they work well also when my husband needs something to take to an office party.

Ingredients

  • 32 oz
    bob evans uncooked sausage
  • 1 1/2 c
    bisquick
  • 16 oz
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Sausage Cheese Balls

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Mix all ingredients
  3. Form into 1 inch balls
  4. Bake 20 minutes until golden brown
  5. Makes approximately 6 dozen
  6. For firmer texture add 3 extra cups of Bisquick and 2 extra cups of cheddar cheese to the ingredients
  7. Sausage balls can be frozen uncooked for later use
