I've been making these around Christmas for years and everyone loves them, they work well also when my husband needs something to take to an office party.

Ingredients
- 32 ounces bob evans uncooked sausage
- 1 1/2 cups bisquick
- 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make sausage cheese balls

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2Mix all ingredients

Step 3Form into 1 inch balls

Step 4Bake 20 minutes until golden brown

Step 5Makes approximately 6 dozen

Step 6For firmer texture add 3 extra cups of Bisquick and 2 extra cups of cheddar cheese to the ingredients

Step 7Sausage balls can be frozen uncooked for later use
