My version has a few twists for my families tastebuds.....the Wentzes like things a little on the spicy side, I always add 1tsp green chili powder and 1tsp red chili powder for a little extra POW!!!

1 lbjimmy dean hot roll sausage

3/4 cbisquick mix

8 ozcracker barrell extra sharp cheddar

1 tspred chili powder

1 tspgreen chili powder

1 tspgarlic powder
How To Make sausage balls, sausage balls, sausage all the way

1To a large bowl add sausage, Bisquick mix, red & green chili powder, garlic powder and the fresh grated extra sharp cheddar cheese. -
2push your sleeves up and combine all ingredients by hand carefully mixing the sausage, cheese and the dry ingredients thoroughly. Roll up quarter size balls and drop on a greased baking pan, place in a preheated 375* oven and bake for 15 minutes. mmmmmm
