A coworker of mine years ago shared this with me. I have been making them for over 20 years. I think of her every time I make them. She was so a wonderful person. Hope you enjoy these quick and easy appetizers as much as we have over the years!

Ingredients

1 pound sausage, either bulk or casing removed from favorite sausage
1 1/2 cups bisquick
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make sausage balls

Step 1

Mix all ingredients till moist then roll in balls and place on a cookie sheet.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 350
Step 3

Bake 35-40 minutes serve and enjoy!
