Ingredients
- 1 pound mild sausage
- 3 cups biscuit mix
- 10 ounces package of shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make sausage balls

Step 1Cook the sausage until its ALMOST done, then let the cheese & sausage reach room temperature. Mix with the biscuit mix and roll into 1/2 inch balls.

Step 2Bake for 10 minutes at 400'
