Very easy and looks pretty on a serving tray. You could use sweet pickles if you don't want dill.

Ingredients For salami,cheese and pickle kabobs

    chunk salami or summer sausage (6oz)
  • 1
    chunk chedder cheese (4oz)
  • 5-6
    baby dill pickles
  • 40 toothpicks

How To Make salami,cheese and pickle kabobs

  • 1
    Cut salami into 40-1/2" pieces Cut cheese into 5-1/2" slices;cut each slice into 8-1/2" cubes. Cut pickle into 40 1/2" pieces.

    For each kabob,thread 1 salami piece,1 pickle (with cut side of pickle facing out)and 1 cheese cube on toothpick.
