Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 3 cups bisquick
- 8 ounces cheese whiz
- 1 can rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper ( optional )
How To Make rotel sausage puffs

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2Pulse ROTEL in food processor until the tomatoes are broken up into smaller chunks; 10-15 pules.

Step 3In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine sausage, bisquick, cayenne pepper, cheese whiz and ROTEL. Mix until thoroughly combined.

Step 4Drop by tablespoon fulls on baking sheet, about an inch apart.

Step 5Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
