Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 3 cups bisquick
  • 8 ounces cheese whiz
  • 1 can rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper ( optional )

How To Make rotel sausage puffs

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Pulse ROTEL in food processor until the tomatoes are broken up into smaller chunks; 10-15 pules.
  • Step 3
    In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine sausage, bisquick, cayenne pepper, cheese whiz and ROTEL. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Step 4
    Drop by tablespoon fulls on baking sheet, about an inch apart.
  • Step 5
    Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
