sausage
3 c
bisquick
8 oz
cheese whiz
1 can(s)
rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
1/4 tsp
cayenne pepper ( optional )

How to Make Rotel Sausage Puffs

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2Pulse ROTEL in food processor until the tomatoes are broken up into smaller chunks; 10-15 pules.
  • 3In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine sausage, bisquick, cayenne pepper, cheese whiz and ROTEL. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  • 4Drop by tablespoon fulls on baking sheet, about an inch apart.
  • 5Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
