    cheese whiz
  • 1 can(s)
    rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper ( optional )

How to Make Rotel Sausage Puffs


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Pulse ROTEL in food processor until the tomatoes are broken up into smaller chunks; 10-15 pules.
  3. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine sausage, bisquick, cayenne pepper, cheese whiz and ROTEL. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  4. Drop by tablespoon fulls on baking sheet, about an inch apart.
  5. Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
