My family loves this. Serve along with any mexican dish, or just by itself for a snack. You can adjust it to your taste by using mild or hot Rotel, but our family likes using original the best. I also love it because it's so easy and quick to throw together! I normally double the recipe for my family.

Ingredients

  • - one tube pork sausage ( i use jimmy dean)
  • - 8 oz. cream cheese
  • - one can rotel
  • - one bag tortilla chips

How To Make rotel dip

  • Step 1
    Brown pork sausage over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain off the grease.
  • Step 2
    Return to stove on medium heat and add Rotel and cream cheese, and heat until cream cheese has melted. Stirring occasionally.
  • Step 3
    Serve immedately with chips. Refrigerate any leftovers.
