Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can hot rotel tomatoes, drained well
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

How To Make rotel cream cheese dip

  • Step 1
    Blend cream cheese, garlic, and salt with mixer until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Stir in strained tomatoes.
  • Step 3
    Add reserved liquid from the rotel tomatoes if needed for desired consistency.
