Serve with tortilla chips or toasted french bread slices. I have made this for many parties and gatherings and I can't tell you how good it is the next day because there is never any left even when I have doubled it for a larger crowd. Great appetizer for your Vegan friends.

Ingredients

  • 1 7oz jars roasted red peppers drained and diced
  • 3/4 pound shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 8oz packages cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons prepared dijon mustard

How To Make roasted red pepper dip

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Step 2
    In a small baking dish, mix the roasted red peppers, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic and Dijon-style mustard.
  • Step 3
    Bake in the preheated oven 20 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve warm.
