Serve with tortilla chips or toasted french bread slices. I have made this for many parties and gatherings and I can't tell you how good it is the next day because there is never any left even when I have doubled it for a larger crowd. Great appetizer for your Vegan friends.

roasted red peppers drained and diced
3/4 lb
shredded monterey jack cheese
1 8oz pkg
cream cheese softened
1 c
1 clove
garlic minced
2 Tbsp
prepared dijon mustard

How to Make Roasted Red Pepper Dip


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • 2In a small baking dish, mix the roasted red peppers, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic and Dijon-style mustard.
  • 3Bake in the preheated oven 20 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve warm.
