This is a wonderful cheese spread that becomes the perfect little appetizer when paired with your favorite crackers.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 package 8 oz. finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup roasted red pepper, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper or paprika

How To Make roasted red pepper cheese spread

  • Step 1
    Mix everything except roasted red peppers together with a hand mixer until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Stir in roasted red peppers.
  • Step 3
    Either form a into a ball and cover with plastic wrap or place mixture in a small plastic storage bowl with a lid.
  • Step 4
    Chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Step 5
    Serve with your favorite crackers.
