- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese more for garnish
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons chopped basil

How To Make ricotta sformata

Step 1Mix all ingredients except for pasta sauce together with a mixer. Place in a greased round baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes.

Step 2Cut into circles with cookie cutter or cut into squares. Serve with a dollup of pasta sauce and garnish with parmesan cheese
