How to Make Richard's Homemade Boursin
- Process all ingredients until smooth in blender or food processor. Refrigerate at least four hours. Serve as a spread with crackers. To make into a ball, omit pepper from recipe and roll the ball in cracked pepper. Makes 2 1/2 cups
