2 pkg. cream cheese, 8 oz. each
4 oz. butter
1 t. oregano
1/4 t. dill
1/4 t. basil
1/4 t. thyme
1/4 t. marjoram
1/4 t. cracked pepper
2 cloves garlic


1Process all ingredients until smooth in blender or food processor. Refrigerate at least four hours. Serve as a spread with crackers. To make into a ball, omit pepper from recipe and roll the ball in cracked pepper. Makes 2 1/2 cups
