    2 pkg. cream cheese, 8 oz. each

    4 oz. butter
  • ·
    1 t. oregano
  • ·
    1/4 t. dill
  • ·
    1/4 t. basil
  • ·
    1/4 t. thyme
  • ·
    1/4 t. marjoram
  • ·
    1/4 t. cracked pepper
  • ·
    2 cloves garlic

How to Make Richard's Homemade Boursin


  1. Process all ingredients until smooth in blender or food processor. Refrigerate at least four hours. Serve as a spread with crackers. To make into a ball, omit pepper from recipe and roll the ball in cracked pepper. Makes 2 1/2 cups
