I saw this recipe on another site and being a sauerkraut lover and dip lover, I couldn't wait to try it. I love it! *** Options *** You can microwave it instead in a shallow microwaveable dish. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until heated through. I also make it with Russian Dressing, too-

Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup thousand island dressing
- 1/4 pound deli-style corned beef (chopped)
- 3/4 cup well-drained sauerkraut (squeezed)
- 8 ounces thick sliced swiss cheese (chopped)
- 1 box triscuit deli-style rye crackers
How To Make reuben-style cracker spread

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Mix cream cheese and dressing in medium bowl; stir in all remaining ingredients except crackers.

Step 3Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate or shallow dish.

Step 4Bake 20 min. or until heated through. Serve warm with crackers.
