This dip is always a hit, and most people don't realize it has sauerkraut in it. You would think the name of it would give it away, but people are always surprised.

Ingredients

1/2 pound corned beef, shaved thin
1 can sauerkraut
1 package 8 oz cream cheese
1 package 8 oz package swiss cheese
3 tablespoons thousand island dressing

How To Make reuben dip

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in crock pot on high, stirring frequently for one hour, or until all cheeses are melted. Serve with your favorite crackers. Enjoy!

Step 2

I usually double this recipe when I take it to larger gatherings. When I double it I use a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese for the extra package of Swiss.
