reuben dip
(2 RATINGS)
This dip is always a hit, and most people don't realize it has sauerkraut in it. You would think the name of it would give it away, but people are always surprised.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound corned beef, shaved thin
- 1 can sauerkraut
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 package 8 oz package swiss cheese
- 3 tablespoons thousand island dressing
How To Make reuben dip
-
Step 1Mix all ingredients together in crock pot on high, stirring frequently for one hour, or until all cheeses are melted. Serve with your favorite crackers. Enjoy!
-
Step 2I usually double this recipe when I take it to larger gatherings. When I double it I use a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese for the extra package of Swiss.
