I had this dip at a cocktail party, and loved it. So I experimented with the recipe until I got the flavor just right. Everyone always asks for the recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound corned beef, sliced thin and chopped (i used a mini food processor)
- 1/2 pound shredded swiss cheese (i used mini food processor)
- 1 - 16 oz can or bag of saurkraut, drained and chopped
- 1 bottle (8 oz) thousand island dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
How To Make reuben dip

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2In a medium bowl, mix corned beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, the whole bottle of thousand island dressing, and mayonnaise, together until well combined.

Step 3Transfer to a baking dish, or pie plate, and bake for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

Step 4Serve with cocktail rye bread, veggies, or your favorite crackers.
