Reuben Dip
Ingredients

8 ozcream cheese, room temperature

12 ozshredded swiss cheese

16 ozsour cream

8 ozcorned beef, minced (i use 4-2 oz. packages of buddigs)

15 ozcan of sauerkrat, rinsed and squeezed

1 Tbspbrown spicy mustard
How to Make Reuben Dip
- Mix all together and bake at 250 until cheese melts--about 35-45 minutes.
- Serve with crackers or rye crisps. (Rye Triscuits are good)
