Ingredients
- 2 - red bell peppers, chopped
- 1 - sweet onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes
How To Make red pepper appetizer

Step 1Put all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and cook at least 1/2 hour to reduce. Drain liquid and refrigerate for 4 hours, or better, overnight. Spread softened cream cheese in a 9 inch pie plate shaped serving dish, pour red pepper mixture over cream cheese. Refrigerate. Take out of fridge 30 minutes before serving to soften crea, cheese. Serve with Wheat Thins.

Step 2Right before serving. I like to stand my wheat thins in the cream cheese to form points, easy to grab and dip. Makes a nice presentation.
