Ingredients
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 8 ounces mild cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 16 ounces real mayonnaise
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 8 green onions, finely chopped
- 16 ounces raspberry preserves (seedless) - smuckers preferred
How To Make razzle dazzle cheese ring

Step 1Mix all ingredients thoroughly except preserves. Spray a mold or bundt pan heavily with cooking spray. Press mixture into the mold.

Step 2Refrigerate a minimum of 4 hours.

Step 3Invert cheese mixture onto a platter and cover with preserves. Serve with your favorite crackers.
