Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 - 10 oz. cans chunk chicken, drained
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- **note - can use all light ingredients to reduce the fat
How To Make quick buffalo chicken dip

Step 1In medium pan, heat chicken and wing sauce until hot.

Step 2Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing.

Step 3Cook over low heat until warm and blended (appx. 5 minutes)

Step 4Stir in 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese.

Step 5Transfer to a microwavable plate. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Step 6Microwave until bubbly and cheese melts on top (appx. 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, depending on microwave oven.)

Step 7Serve with celery and carrots.

Step 8Freezes well.
