quick buffalo chicken dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 - 10 oz. cans chunk chicken, drained
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • **note - can use all light ingredients to reduce the fat

How To Make quick buffalo chicken dip

  • Step 1
    In medium pan, heat chicken and wing sauce until hot.
  • Step 2
    Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing.
  • Step 3
    Cook over low heat until warm and blended (appx. 5 minutes)
  • Step 4
    Stir in 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese.
  • Step 5
    Transfer to a microwavable plate. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Step 6
    Microwave until bubbly and cheese melts on top (appx. 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, depending on microwave oven.)
  • Step 7
    Serve with celery and carrots.
  • Step 8
    Freezes well.
