This is like a mock pumpkin cannoli. Something I came up with with the little extras I had on hand in my pantry. This is great for the fall holidays, served for dessert or as appetizers using mini tortillas.

Ingredients
- 4 - flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 teaspoons canned pumpkin
- 4 teaspoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spices
- 1.4 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make pumpkin ricotta tortilla wraps

Step 1Blend with hand mixer all ingredients but tortillas. Spread 2 tablespoons pumpkin mix in each tortilla and wrap like a burrito. Place on butter baking sheet, brush with alittle butter and place under broiler, watch carefully, brown for 1-2 minutes.
