How to Make Puff Pastry Stars - EASY & Quick Appetizer


  1. Lay a sheet of Puff Pastry out on a board. Using a small (2" size) cookie cutter of a star (or heart, circle, etc.), cut out shapes. ***If you do not have a cookie cutter, you may cut out Diamond shapes with a knife.
  2. Arrange the puff pastry cut outs on a baking sheet. Brush with a tiny bit of olive oil, and spinkle each one with a little freshly grated Parmesan and black pepper.
  3. Bake at 400 deg. F. until puffed and crisp, about 15 minutes. remove from oven and let cool. Serve as an appetizer with a cheese platter, or great alongside a soup dinner.
