- 3/4 cup shredded swiss
- 1/4 cup grated parmesean
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped artichokes drained
- 1/3 cup prosciutto
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white or black pepper
- 1 package 16 oz. pillsbury grands buttermilk biscuits

Step 1Mix all ingredients except biscuits,pull apart flaky layers(makes about 3 per biscuit)put in muffin tind and spoon in mixture(don't forget to spray the tins w/ cooking spray) Bake for 8 to9 min.
