Ingredients

  • 1 - 13 to 15 ounce round brie
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup chopped and toasted pecans (can use walnuts)
  • - box of crackers

How To Make praline topped brie

  • Step 1
    Place the round of cheese in a shallow oven proof serving dish or pie plate.
  • Step 2
    In small bowl stir together the orange marmalade and brown sugar. spread on top of cheese. Sprinkle with toasted pecans/walnuts.
  • Step 3
    Bake in a 350 degree oven about 15 minutes for small round 20 minutes for larger round. Or until cheese is slightly softened and topping is bubbly. Serve with crackers/ or baguette slices.
