My husband loves pizza and what easier way to eat it than to have it as a finger food while watching the game. Inspired by: www.thegunnysack.com

Ingredients

  • 3 cans pillsbury buttermilk biscuits (10 per can)
  • 56 slices pepperoni
  • 1 - block of colby cheese or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 - beaten egg
  • 1 - jar pizza sauce or ranch dressing for dipping
  • - note: only 28 biscuits are used because that is all you can fit into a 9 x 13 pan

How To Make pizza balls

  • Step 1
    Cut the block of Colby or Mozzarella cheese into 28 squares
  • Step 2
    Flatten a biscuit out
  • Step 3
    OPTION: At this point you can either put a little pizza sauce on the top of the flattened biscuit or save the pizza sauce for dipping
  • Step 4
    Next stack 2 pepperoni slices and 1 slice Colby cheese or Mozzarella cheese on top of the flatten dough.
  • Step 5
    Gather up the edges of the biscuit.
  • Step 6
    Line up the rolls in a greased 9x13 in. pan.
  • Step 7
    Brush with beaten egg.
  • Step 8
    Sprinkle with Parmesan, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  • Step 9
    Bake at 425°F for 18-20 minutes.
