    burrito size flour tortillas
  • 2
    blocks of cream cheese
  • 1 pkg
    ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can(s)
    (small) diced green chilies
  • 1 can(s)
    (small) diced black olives
  • 1 jar(s)
    (small) diced pimentos (i usually omit these)

How to Make Pinwheels


  1. drain the green chilies, black olives and pimentos. mix cream cheese with the powder ranch dressing mix and the chilies, olives and pimentos. spread over the tortillas and roll up tightly. wrap in foil or saran wrap and chill. cut off ends and then slice about 1 inch thick.
