(8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 can(s)
(8 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 c
chopped green pepper
1/2 c
chopped green onions
1 tsp
lemon-pepper seasoning
1 tsp
seasoned salt
2 c
chopped pecans, divided
assorted crackers

How to Make Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball


  • 11. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in pineapple, green pepper, green onions, seasonings and 1/2 cup pecans.

    2. Turn out onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

    3. Before serving, roll cheese ball in reamining pecans. Serve with crackers.
