2 pkg(8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 can(s)(8 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 cchopped green pepper
1/2 cchopped green onions
1 tsplemon-pepper seasoning
1 tspseasoned salt
2 cchopped pecans, divided
How to Make Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in pineapple, green pepper, green onions, seasonings and 1/2 cup pecans.
2. Turn out onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
3. Before serving, roll cheese ball in reamining pecans. Serve with crackers.
