- 2 packages cream cheese, 8 oz, softened
- 1 can pineapple, crushed, 8 oz, drained
- ¼ cup green pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
How To Make pineapple cheese ball

Step 1In small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt until blended.

Step 2Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.

Step 3Shape into a bowl and roll in pecans. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 4Serve with crackers.
