Ingredients

  • 2 packages cream cheese, 8 oz, softened
  • 1 can pineapple, crushed, 8 oz, drained
  • ¼ cup green pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt

How To Make pineapple cheese ball

  • Step 1
    In small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt until blended.
  • Step 2
    Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Shape into a bowl and roll in pecans. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Step 4
    Serve with crackers.
