  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese, 8 oz, softened
  • 1 can(s)
    pineapple, crushed, 8 oz, drained
  • ¼ c
    green pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1 c
    pecans, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp
    seasoned salt

How to Make Pineapple Cheese Ball


  1. In small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt until blended.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  3. Shape into a bowl and roll in pecans. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Serve with crackers.
