Pineapple Cheese Ball
16 ozcream cheese, softened
16 ozcrushed pineapple, drained
2 Tbsponion, finely chopped
1/4 cgreen bell pepper, finely chopped
2 cpecans, finely chopped
1/2 Tbsplawry's seasoning salt
1 bunchgreen onions, chopped
8 ozcheddar cheese, shredded
How to Make Pineapple Cheese Ball
- Mix the softened cream cheese with the pineapple, onions, bell pepper, 1/2 cup pecans, grated cheese, and seasoning salt.
- After mixing, place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm.
- Remove from the refrigerator and roll into a ball.
- Cover with remaining pecans. Serve with crackers.
