This is a cheeseball that Charlotte Jones used to make for us when I worked at Sterlington Memorial Hospital. We never knew what we did to deserve it, but sure did enjoy it.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 16 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 cups pecans, finely chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon lawry's seasoning salt
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make pineapple cheese ball

Step 1Mix the softened cream cheese with the pineapple, onions, bell pepper, 1/2 cup pecans, grated cheese, and seasoning salt.

Step 2After mixing, place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm.

Step 3Remove from the refrigerator and roll into a ball.

Step 4Cover with remaining pecans. Serve with crackers.
