Our family loves pineapple. These cheese ball is a favorite. Very tasty, and always a hit at any gathering.

Ingredients

2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tablespoons green onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped

How To Make pineapple cheese ball

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together except 1/2 cup pecans.

Step 2

Roll into a ball, then roll ball in 1/2 cup pecans to coat well.
Step 3

Chill before serving; serve with your favorite crackers.
