This was served at a friend's party.
At first I did not think I would like it. Boy, was I wrong! Begged her for the recipe and here it is. Hope you enjoy :)

Ingredients

  • 16 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 c
    red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    seasoning salt
  • 2 c
    almonds, chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    crushed pineapple

How to Make Pineapple Cheese Ball

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients, savings some almonds to roll cheese ball in.
  2. Roll into a ball, pack mixture into a bowl (or mold, if you prefer).
    Chill until firm.
  3. Remove and roll in almonds to coat exterior.
  4. Plate and serve with your favorite crackers.
