We discovered the yummy goodness when we moved to North Carolina! We eat it often with crackers or make grilled pimento cheese sandwiches or use it in Pimento Cheese Stuffed Chicken. This recipe isn't too spicy because I cannot have much spice due to a health condition I have but I have you can add hot sauce if you like it hot :-)

cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 c
4 oz
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
onion powder
1/2 tsp
hot sauce to taste

How to Make Pimento Cheese


  • 1Beat together cream cheese and shredded cheese
  • 2Add rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly
  • 3Refrigerate at least one hour
