Ingredients
- 16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 ounces jar diced pimentos, drained
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
How To Make pimento cheese

Step 1Grate the cheese by hand. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir lightly to mix.

Step 2Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or make a sandwich.
