Recipe was given to me by my step mother, and its been a fav of mine for years. Hope you enjoy!

  • 16 oz
    sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 oz
    jar diced pimentos, drained
  • 6 Tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper, or to taste

How to Make Pimento Cheese


  1. Grate the cheese by hand. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir lightly to mix.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or make a sandwich.
