Step 1pre heat oven to 400 spray a cookie sheet with non stick sray set aside

Step 2usin a cuttin board[this much easier for cleanup] sprinkle some flour on board...open biscuit with sharp knife cut each biscuit in 1/2 than in 1/2 again do this with all biscuits...set aside sprinkle a little flour in them so they don't stick together
-
Step 3now take one piece of biscuit and roll til jus larger than the smokies are.... spread bout 1 teaspoon [knife full... don't need to measure] cheese whiz on biscuit....noe take smokie and lay on it now roll up and seal smokie inside biscuit...place on cookie sheet....teek doin this til all are on cookie sheet NOTE: sprinkle more flour on surfuce before startin each one helps so they don't stick...
