pepperoni pizza poppers
These are delicious little pepperoni and cheese bites. I make these for the daughters school lunch.. Great for a party or anytime. I also freeze them. You might want to double the batch, they will be gone in no time... Enjoy! My photo's

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 - egg
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 ounces pepperoni, diced
- 2 ounces shredded mozzarella
- 2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil or italian seasoning
- - warmed pizza sauce for dipping
How To Make pepperoni pizza poppers

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2In a bowl add the flour and baking powder. Stir in the milk and the beaten egg. Add mozzarella, basil and pepperoni.

Step 3Spray a 24 count mini muffin pan with cooking spray. ( or two 12 count muffin pans ).

Step 4Spoon even portions, about 1 teaspoon per muffin cup.

Step 5Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden. Serve with your favorite pizza sauce or marinara. You can also use whatever cheese you prefer. We like the taste of the cheddar and mozzarella combined.
