These are best warm..They go over great at the holidays using alternating red and green jalepeno jelly

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded extra sharp cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 jar red or green jalepeno jelly

How To Make pepper jelly tarts

  • Step 1
    Mix first 4 ingredients with a mixer or a food processor..(carefull not to over process) Add the flour and mix until dough forms a ball. Roll into 24 balls and place in miniature tart pans..make a thumbprint indention in each..add 1 tsp jalepeno jelly in each..bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees
