Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded extra sharp cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup flour
- 1 jar red or green jalepeno jelly
How To Make pepper jelly tarts

Step 1Mix first 4 ingredients with a mixer or a food processor..(carefull not to over process) Add the flour and mix until dough forms a ball. Roll into 24 balls and place in miniature tart pans..make a thumbprint indention in each..add 1 tsp jalepeno jelly in each..bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees
